Who is responsible for your data

What your enquiry contains

The form collects contact details, your plans, the current country and storage location, and information about your assets. Optional fields are identified.

Please do not submit identity documents, full certificates, access codes or your exact home address through this form.

How we use your information

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, contact you and prepare a quote. You are not automatically subscribed to marketing.

Where the GDPR applies, processing relies on steps taken at your request before entering a contract and your express consent, as applicable.

Sending your enquiry

When you submit the form, your browser sends its contents directly to FormSubmit over an encrypted connection. The service forwards your enquiry by email to custody@patronus.sg. FormSubmit receives your form details and technical connection data.

According to its documentation, FormSubmit retains submissions in an archive for 30 days. We then handle your enquiry in our email inbox. See FormSubmit’s privacy notice for further information.

Hosting and technical data

This static website is served through Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes technical connection data, including IP address, time and requested resources, to deliver and secure the website.

Storage on your device

Your light or dark display preference is saved locally in your browser. The website does not persist form details in browser storage.

This version does not use analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts and images are served with the website.

Processing outside your country

Patronus Custody is based in Singapore, where your enquiry is processed. Technical providers may also process data in other countries.

Applicable privacy rules and safeguards depend on the provider and processing involved. If you prefer not to use the form, you can initially contact us by email without including inventory details.

Retention and your rights

We retain enquiries for as long as needed to handle them and meet legal obligations. You can request access, correction or deletion and withdraw consent for future processing.

Where applicable, you also have rights to restriction, data portability, objection and a complaint to the competent data protection authority. Please contact custody@patronus.sg.
